-Home-made tagliatelle with stir-fried vegetables, dressed in a tomato, pepper, ginger and herb sauce topped with parmesan.

-10oz Local gammon steak served with roasted mushrooms, tomato and a free-range, fried egg.

-Grimsby haddock and parsley fishcake served with mushy peas and tar-tare sauce.

-Landlords Beef 'n' Ale casserole topped with a hand-made barrel of short-crust pastry.

-Home-made pasta dressed in a rich bolognaise sauce, sprinkled with parmesan and parsley.

-Roasted leg of chicken, wrapped in bacon, stuffed with mushrooms and thyme, coated in a garlic and herb sauce.
